Hey folks,

I've got all my gauges, TST #6 & Temp monitor, any don't have any problems with anything other then the temp monitor. I didn't realize until after I noticed that the temp monitor wasn't working that the instructions depict that the monitor is wired into the connections at the probe, but also show wires going from the gauge back to the ISSPRO unit. Am I correct in understanding that this won't work because of this? If so, can you please explain why? I'm mostly concerned with just getting it working. I'd hate to think I spent over $100 for something that isn't working! I've rechecked all my wires and everything else is in order. Any help would be GREAT!

Thanks,

Corey

Corey,

I don't quite understand what your saying about your instructions. Anyway, I have the "older" ISSPRO's". On mine, other than the bulb, there are two connections for the two wires from the TC. The wires cannot be reveresed. Hope this helps.

On my instructions it says to run wires to the control module from the connections on the pyro probe, but it looks like there are wires coming back from the connections on the gauge to the control module also. I just don't understand why they would require 2 different connections from basically the same readings, but different areas. (Probe & Gauge)

I did also attempt to hook up the light, the instructions claim that when activated the light connection will become grounded (same as dome lights)

Here is a .jpg of what my instructions say. The area in question is the bottom right, it has a circle around it and says "exisiting pyrometer"
