JLinder... I measure 19 and 3/8" on the lower and 17 and 1/4" on the upper. This is the Skyjacker with Double Flex setup. I installed this about 5 months ago and no changes were performed on the "cams" they sit at factory settings. I find this setup to be better than factory by the way the truck "feels".

The guy at Four Wheel Parts told me this lift is between 5 & 6" in total lift... he said the coil springs vary a little bit.
