Competition Those with redline experience

I have been running a redline bluechip on my truck for the past month or so, just recently I installed bigger lines and connector tube while waiting on the arrival of my monster vp stage 2. These bigger line and tubes and made my truck idle quite a bit rougher and seems to cause my redline to "timeout" frequently, after talking to bluechip they suggest the signal to the pump wire is not making good contact and causing this. So I checked the connection with a test light and everything worked, even while shaking the line fairly aggresively the light stayed on.

Anyone have suggestions or know of problems like this. I like the increased rpms this box gives me over my comp, but I am not sure its performing like it should.

Mine would timeout once every time I turned it on after I put the lines and tubes on. But it would not do it again until I shut it off again.
