One afternoon at the range in 2019

Great tomorrow we will be march 2nd 2019 the first saturday of the month.

I will be allowed to go the kinetic leisure park of my county ( the name Shooting Range is forbidden since 2014 )

Of course before I have to get on the website of BATF with my private certificate I can validate my intentional declaration to go shoot some target tomorrow.

It's extremely quickly done only a few minutes online and of course after my credit card been charged with a 175$ fee. I receive an email with a pdf to print, on the pdf my ID card number is given and the appointment for saturday March 2 nd between 2. 30pm and 3. 30pm

The following morning quiet excited I load my bag with my earing protection my glasses my shooting carnet and of course my torso protection.

It's 10 am I hit the road the range is 250miles away and I have to respect all speed limitations.

2. 30pm sharp I am at the front desk of the park.

I show all my paperworks to the police officer staying there behind the bullet proof window, he take him a few minutes to check every thing is ok, my finger prints are ok too, great now my credit card can be charged for the 265$ fee. It only took 10 minutes fantastic never been so fast.

After the complete body search I am allowed to get in.

it's 3 pm I finish to watch for a countless time the security rules video tape, I sign the discharge and finally I am allowed to get into the safe were another police officer will give me my gun.

Now I can go to the firing line where an Range Officer will check again and again I know well the security regulations.

3. 15pm I finally hold my gun. The range officer give me my first 4,5mm air pullet . I stay as calm as possible a psychologist is watching me on his monitor.

I aim and shoot wonderful.

I am allowed to shoot 10 pullets in total. Of course the pullets are offered for free by the government.

I am extremely proud I made 92 over 100. Lucky me under 90 I wouldn't be allowed to come next month.

The range officer go to the target and count the impacted pullets out of the receiver the number is 10 so he allow me to go now the see the BATF special agent that will inspect my gun.

He place my gun back to my private safe. I am happy he do it well because my airgun is very precious to me and not only because it cost me 18 000$. He finally sign and stamp the shooting carnet.

After another full body search I am allowed to leave the range, and take my car to go back home.

On the way back on the multimedia system of the car they say that 5 officers of the BATF have been shot by young outlaws armed with AK 2000. I am sad, it's one more than yesterday. They are right there is to many guns in my country ……

Science fiction you are sure ??????
