I have heard of this! Remember one of those weekend automotive shows a while back doing a little end of show blurb about a car club formed around cooking/ driving tours. With MY appetite, would need a small convoy to heat up a meal

I used to do that 30 yrs. ago when I was in high school working for a canning co. running a pea combine. Put the cans on the manifold in the a. m. and by noon they were tasty warm. Never got so hot that the can exploded.

A Blaw-Knox Road widener dumping concrete trucks, spreading 10 foot shoulders, makes an excellent oven. But not the manifold, the hydraulic pump!!! Hot! Hot! Hot!
