Good greif! It's 105 º, I'm motoring along at about 55 and I all of a sudden have no Throttle, engine drops to an idle and I coast to a stop. Pop the hood and see two rods hanging down one at the back side straight down and the front one looks like it broke at some threads. Too hot to do any thing so I idled 15 miles home, mostly all down hill. got it in the garage tonight Is this an easy fix or a dealer item? I'll take a look in the morning when things are cooler.

Heh . . . were you 'bout halfway between Phoenix & Vegas when you broke down? :p

You don't have to go that far south for warm weather around here this year, I was headed up to Cloverland from Asotin, when I said down hill I ment it - 3200' down to 750' in about 8 miles, I was in 5th with the brakes on most of the way, well, I used 4 th a bit too on some of the corners. It don't take long to get home from there at an idle.
