throttle control light

Does anyone else have a recurring throttle control light on the dash come on along with what seems like the throttle coming off, then on for about half a second about every 40-50 seconds or so? It's like the truck gets turned off for a split second and then back on. If I shut the truck off for a little while, it'll be gone for about another month or two. When it comes on I'll get a check engine light also sometimes and the last one was a voltage to high exuast sensor bank one. It is really annoying and makes one wonder when it will happen and be worse, or not be able to get rid of it by shutting the truck off for a while. It does it with the cruise control on also. With the Chip on the truck that plugs into the obd port, the dealers are useless at helping. This has been happening for a couple of years and doesn't seem to happen in the winter. #@$%!
