Can someone tell me where it is located at.

Mike the TPS is located on the side of the throttle body.

The TPS for your truck is a ATP and it is on the left side of the engine near the front under the black plastic cover. It is factory preset and not supposed to be adjusted in the field, they are very expensive and covered under your engine warranty.
