HOLY SMOKES!!
Throttle return springs gave up the ghost, ones very weak, one gone. I can make a spring, not that big a deal, but, what the heck, I'll call the local dealer and get the ones with the ball end, nice to have the right parts and the ends on the springs probably make it more secure, right?
The local dealer does not have them in stock, ok, we're back to making one, but just for info, how much?
The cheap one is $52.00!! :--)
Hard to believe, but if anyone has a parts sheet with numbers for springs and the bushings on the front end, it would be handy to have!
Back to making a spring that won't slip off.
