Through with engine performance!! What next?

Through with the engine. I might upgrade the transmission later. But i thhink I am good on reliability issues with the mods I have. What can I do with the suspension and handling without raising the truck? How much will it cost?

The best suspension system out seems to the T-Rex. It will run you $2500-3200 depending on the options you choose. It is a nice system that only levels out the front and doesn't lift the back. Do a search for more info.
