Follow up from ARB on air-locker
Here is the reply from ARB regarding my questions on the 11. 5" AAM air-locker:
****************From Mr. Lund of ARB development
There is a possibility that the old model will drop right in (or easily with a few minor changes), if so, then the obviously development time will be real short. However, until we have the old model unit finished and have a couple new axles here to try, we will not know.

The "old" model is the 10. 5" AAM axel.
I graciously offered my new axle for his development purposes. We'll see if he has any interest in pushing this forward for our benefit. More to follow soon I hope.
And... he has graciously accepted given the following:
"We'd love to use your new axle as a test bed, however that would entail us taking your axle housing out of your truck, cutting the axle tubes off, sending the center to Melbourne, Australia and letting the engineers play with it for a couple 3-4 months. Now you would get the axle center back someday and you would a free Air Locker out of it, but the costs may outweigh the benefits. . ;^). "
Ahhh... . the world loves a wise***
