who makes a good set of tie downs for the square holes in the top of the bed?

Are you talking tie downs for a cab-over camper? If so go with "Happy Jack" tie downs. Not sure of spelling. They don't go in the square holes. They are available at any RV store. I have a 11'-3'' Lance Legend cab-over camper. Grizzly

If you are talking about the rings that go in the square bed holes in the bed rail then I used some called bullrings. They sit flush when not in use and pull up to use. Easy to install and I think they had 500lbs capacity per ring. They have been used a lot and still work as good as the day I put them in.

It depends on the use of the tie downs. In my case, I don't use them too often, so I bought a set of Hide-a Hooks. I think they're pretty neat. They're made of stainless steel (or you can get them flat black) and cover the stake pocket holes, with the hooks hidden in the cover. When you need to use a hook, you just push the inside (bedside) of the hook and it pops up for use! When done, you just flip it down flush with the cover and bed. Each hook is rated for 400 lbs. though. I've used them to strap my Harley in my truck with no problem. I think if you have heavy strapping needs, you'll need something stronger. John

I got my tiedowns at autozone for like 10 bucks. they dont collapse but they look good, i think highland makes them, i have strapped down all sorts of stuff with them and they work fine. i guess dodges have larger than normal stake holes so its hard to find ones that work.

I also have Bull Rings, use them frequently and am very happy with them. Bought them at Truck Toys.
