Tie downs

A friend of mine has an 11' camper. He ties it down with Happijac's to hold it on his truck. Well after one year the tie downs are falling apart. I was wondering if there is anything better to use since I tow a 5er and no nothing about campers.

You are not alone.....

he's not alone!! I am in the middle of enhancing the Happijac mounts to a P-clip configuration top and bottom on the front strut mounts as they don't like extreme cold weather.



The middle mount set-ups and the rears I have not had any problems with (so far... ) If you don't have WAAG NERF bars then Torqlift is the camper tiedown for the discerning camper, which my good friend David Dressler from Southern California will readily vouch for... ...
