MOOG Part #ES3497 (drag link tie rod end)

Well, for me it upgraded my 241K tie-rods with new ones. i havent really driven it yet(other than to make sure the steering wheel & tires are straight)

but my truck still makes a popping noise when making a right turns. so i guess its on to the control arms next.

to answer your question, if you do a search on this subject as i did. most members found the Y style steering setup to be less than favorable, contributing to the sloppy steering. it essentially turns the 2 piece tie-rod "Y style" into 1 straight bar "T style" tie-rod. less slop between the tires to keep them aligned better. im sure someone else can chime in and explain it better than i could if you're still unclear. hope this helps.
