2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Tierods

Hi all,

I read somewhere about Y & T style tierods on the dodges. One is suposed to be better than the other. Does anyone have any info on this?

The crossover or "T" type setup was used in '98 and '99 and is a better design in my opinion. My truck should have had this but it was all changed by the body shop I bought it from who bought it wrecked at auction.

I converted my truck to the Bullet Proof Cross over Steering system, Heim end tie rod, heim ends track bar. DT Track bar is nice, their Heim end leaves a little to be desired.

Are these sealed boxes available for sale? I have the 4" hole cut for the early "Scotty" air filter (which went into the trash because it never fit right) and I would love one of these.

No, I just built this for myself. Maybe someday after I'm done driving this coming winter and have time and have given this a good test in the summer heat I might make some more.
