PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, be in Muncie next year. The evening festivities at lees inn is almost the best part! The relaxed atmosphere of the town, as well as the cops, makes the whole event alot of fun! I cant wait for next year!!!

Eric, you need to make sure that we get to race your dragster against ours and any other dragster or altered, and that there are at least 4 tube frame pro stock type trucks there for a head to head.



If we could pull them all in for TIM (Indy/Muncie) and maybe Truckfest (Denver), it would be a pretty neat year.



Maybe a 7 or two from the long cars, and a 7 or 8 out of the pro trucks.

Eric it is now september. We are all awaiting details.

So far it is like this: We are considering Indianapolis Raceway Park, they have agreed to the dates, but we haven't ironed out the financial details as of now. I have spent a lot of time and care on this move, because of the importance of your comfort. I have not seen anything that leads me to believe that there will be more restrictions (on having fun outside of the event) than what the city of Muncie has provided. IRP has told us that they will let everyone camp on-site, so that may be where the party is.

I'm sorry that the information has been slow, but it is almost two hours for me one way and I am looking at every detail I can.

I am incredibly excited to have it there as the participant, vendors, and most importantly the spectator can enjoy a much better event at IRP! Please stay tuned and cross your fingers that there aren't any surprises I encounter in negotiations! More on Thunder in Muncie @ IRP soon!

Maybe he could just setup a beer tent at the on-site 'campground'... he can do whatever he wants so long as he brings along his fine employees.
