I had no problem towing with the new clutch. Then again, I didn't have a problem towing with the old clutch either. Now I have a noticeable vibration when I am at lower RPM that wasn't there before and I have noise coming from the clutch when idling in neutral.

It definitely shifts easier than ever though. I am just having to re-learn where the clutch engagement points are under various load conditions. It did slip a bit when I had the TST box turned up to 4/4 at around 2600 RPM. I was playing and I don't tow with it on anything higher than 2/2 anyway so it's not a problem. Normal driving and towing it's on 1/1. So far I'm happy with the exception of that vibration.

My dual disc does rattlle a bit at idle with my foot off the clutch... . but the noise isn't always the same - sometimes its louder than other times..... Doesnt really bother me.

Likely the vibartion is due to absence of the dual-mass flywheel (DMF) in the new set-up.
The point of the DMF is to mitigate some of the NVH (noise/vibration/harshness) that pulse down the driveline from the mighty Cummins.

Unfortunately, we can't have the advantages of the absence of the DMF (better torque transfer) without the disadvantages (NVH), though some people say that installing a FluiDampr on the crankshaft DOES help. Another possibility is to use the oem viscous vibration damper that comes on the newer Dodges.

I will likely soon be dealing with the same issue as you, but plan to install one of the above dampers at the same time to HOPEFULLY help with NVH.

That would be a very good explanation if I had had a DMF in the first place. Since I didn't, I'm leaning more to worn out U joints. They are still the originals and now I'm at 121K miles.
