What is everyone using for shocks ? I have 315's on the truck so a pretty decent shock is needed.

My dad had endless problems with Rancho's so don't suggest those !

Ditto to Blistein's. If you tow a big fifth wheel or have a cab over camper you can put Ranchos on the back and blisteins on the front. That is what my Dad did and he is happy. I did the bilsteins all the way around and it made a big difference. The stock shocks on my truck where junk at 15K miles.

I agree that the stock shocks are very cheap, and needed to be replace. I first went with Rancho's, I used the 5000's and the fronts were shot in less then 10,000 miles. They did have a lifetime warranty, but were so bad I chose to toss them. I went to Bilstien for there OEM replacement shock (most call these 5100's but they are not) and they really helped settle the front end down. They are a little more rigid on small bumps, but it is not to harsh. Latter I switched to the Bilstien 5150's reservoir shocks, these are a hole different level, they offer alot of control, but are much less harsh. The valving is much different on them and the ride is more plush.
