Maybe not exactly 'Fun and Exciting', but I had noticed that the exhaust smelled 'rich' even after the engine was warm and idling. Also there was this noise, almost like a light knock, that could be heard under light load. Advanced the timing a bit (moved the lines 1/16" more apart) and the noise is gone, the exhaust smells 'right'. It just seems to run (and sound) a lot better. Have to get a dial indicator now and really play with it.
