when cold. Would appreciate some information on a quality shop that could handle this.

Thanks,

Dixie Diesel in Columbia and some shop in Sparta are the first places I'd check with.

I haven't dealt personally with either shop, but hear good things about them. I can get the name of the Sparta shop if you need it.

1 thing first Christian how did you hear about TDR? Cause I'm not very far from you (other side of Gallatin) and I usd to pass our flyers all the time.

Anyhow if you can't find a shop that you feel is knowledgeable enough try contacting TDR member drees1 (Doug Reese) he lives in Knoxville and he did my timing on my truck.

Hey Mark..... I found the TDR so long ago I can't even remember which TST torque plate I have, I re-upped because of all the little things, wish I had done it before the KDP, or the loss of two 5th gears but oh well, I'm back and gaining knowledge in leaps and bounds. I appreciate the info and I'm in Knoxville/Greeneville quite a bit... . thanks again for all the fine help here on this board and maybe I'll see ya' on the I-65 parking lot some day.

It might be a bit far for you to drive, but I would recommend Black Mountain Diesel in Christiana, KY. It's about 3+ hours drive from Gallatin. Tom and Will know their stuff and they're nice folks as well.

BMD is in Cynthiana (sp? but that sounds right) KY just north of Lexington. Long way to drive for timing, but they CAN do and they know how to do it RIGHT. Its about 4 hrs from Gallatin. If you want the directions just PM me. I have made the trip a few times and have them memorized. :D

P. S. If you ever go up there for anything get a ride in the black dually!!:--) :-laf :D
