Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Timing in Cincinnati

Does anyone know of anyone that will set my timing to the 15. 5 degree range in the Cincinnati OH area??

What about Black Mountain Diesel in Cynthiana, KY? I think that's just over the river a few miles to the east. I've not dealt with them but they were recommended to me.

You could drive up to Detroit in March and do it yourself at the GLTDR BOMBing event. Tools, indoor shop, burned hot dogs, and meeting Doc Tinker all included.
