Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Timing question.

My diesel shop charges $65 per hour. I am having them advance my timing next week to 16. I am wondering how many hours does this take and has anyone had any problems with a #11 plate with timing set to 16? 96 215 hp. thanks.

I had a shop in Knoxville do mine for $75. They were right on the money. Took it to 16 degrees. You can look at my setup, I don't have any problems with it at 16, I just don't run the water meth right now.
