I would like to know the recommended timing for my 96' 2500 4x4 with (automatic). I pull a 25' gooseneck with hay most of the year. The stock fuel plate is slid forward, my air cleaner has gone through some remodeling and exhaust is shortened and cleaned out. Egts are good and boost is good for the stock plate. I do plan on upgrading the fuel plate this winter and either transmission mods or conversion. I would appreciate some sensible timing. MY truck does smoke(blue gray) and run rough when started cold. Thank you very much and I hope I don't start something crazy. last time I posted soemthing , I was told not to get youguys started... Thank you, marc

Just wanted to say thank you. I will time engine to those numbers, actually found mine to be pretty far off from those numbers. . Thanks again, and Have a Happy Thanksgiving... ...
