Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Timing?

Can someone tell me where I can go to get instructions on pump timing? I plan on pulling the front cover to fix the dowel pin also. I will have Snap-On timing kit . Thanks for any help.

Would i be able to tell any difference going from 14* to 16* on my injection pump timing?

nfox, yes you will notice a difference. Some pluses and minuses.
