Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Timing

Alright..... After reading and reading and reading and reading... searching and searching... ...

I cannot find a place where I can cross referance a CPL number and plunger height to get my timing. I was hoping to check it tomorrow after work, but without knowing what I'm looking at, I'm not gonna even pull it in. Have I missed the boat somewhere? There's got to be an easy access page for this... . I just can't find it.....
