I have to replace the rear door wiring harness on my 06. I ordered the part from Geno's last week and was informed by email that it was on backorder with no availability date. I called a few days later to see if the part would ever be available and talked to a gentleman named JC. He informed me it was still available but could be up to a week. I just received an email that they have it and they have expedited it with 2 day shipping on their dime. That's customer service! Well done Geno's.

Great people. I delt with Scott, he went way above the call of duty to get me the trans. filter and gasket I needed when the Postal service and Fedex were screwing things up big time.

I can get parts cheaper elsewhere, but I support Genos.

Genos has great parts selection and amazing customer service. Like y'all I go to them even when products are less expensive elsewhere. Great customer service is value added!

Seems every time I buy a new truck, I spend $1,000 or more at Geno's in filters, accessories, gauges, and other cool stuff. I might be a little over that amount on my 2017 5500 though. I'm looking in my new catalogue I just got with my new TDR issue right now.

PS, Since I'm retired US military, Robin approved me free shipping on all my orders. I would still purchase from them anyway, but nice they recognize our service to our country. Just more reason to support them.

Well I installed the new harness and all problems solved. There was a very small gauge (22?) black wire in the boot that had completely broken. That wire goes to the door latch so no interior lights and AMP steps weren't working on that door. Case closed.
