Tire Change Math on 2WD

All you mathematicians, I'm looking for some options.



I need new tires on the '03 2WD ram. I have the 3. 73's, but I still think it revs too much on the highway at 80 MPH. This is the normal everday life for it.



It has 265/70 17 Michelins. I'm guessing they're factory with only 40k miles. I just bought it with 33k.



Looks like I can go up a little without rubbing, but anyone do this yet?



What was the RPM change?
