Have six new tires on the fifth wheel and truck. Curious to know what tire dressing folks are using? There are a bunch out there and some may actually not be good for tires let alone protect them.

This is your best bet for anything that sets. I have a set for each of my trailers and 5th wheel.

I'm pretty sure you won't find anything that tire manufacturers recommend for a conditioner/cleaner beyond soap and water. Covering really is the best option.

I been travelling awhile, but back now.

I use "MEQUIARS" Mirror Glaze Professional, 40 Vinyl & Rubber Cleaner/conditioner on my tires. I have been using this now for 6 +years on all of my vehicle tires. I spray this on a waxing pad than wiping it on the tires. This way the tires are streak free and the rims do not get any spray on them.

I also cover my tires when the trailer is in storage and the unit sits on 2X8-6 foot long boards to keep the tires up off of the gravel and moisture.

I have never used anything to protect my tires and we winter in SoCal Palm Springs, CA area 6 months of the year then to NW WA where it's mostly sunny thru the Summer. Never have had cracking on any tire.

I would be the other side of that coin... I have never used dressings or anything on my RV or truck tires. I just wash them well with the Turtle Wax car wash liquid washing mix. We live down a gravel road very dusty, so dressings would hold dust.

Never had a tire crackin, dry rot problem in San Antonio TX.

Cheers, Ron

For a short while MICHELIN had its own line of product. Could never find it.

Other than that it’s not recommended as practice
