Actually the tires were pretty new, and had an out of round issue when he showed up. After the burn out they rode down the road smooth!

Like matt was sayin you want the First generation of that Hi8. They do mave adapters like VHSC (Put the Hi8 tape into a VhS casette and dub from a HQ VCR to disk) adapters that you could load in a standard HQ Vcr.
