Tire frustration

I need to replace my tires on my 03 dually and am having the same frustrations as others due to lack of choice.



A couple manufacturers make a 245-70-17E. Would these work? I know they would be a bit wider but should fit on a 6 inch stock rim. What is the height difference.



I wish I had the bucks for some 19. 5s.

The 235/80R17's are 31. 8" in overall diameter and 9. 3" in section width. The 245/70R17's are 30. 6" in overall diameter and 9. 8" in section width. {Goodyear Specs}

Best of luck... there's nothing else available for the DRW trucks yet.
