Just a quickie all:
( I had a dream ) of bigger tires for my 2500 4X4 so I searched for what I needed to get it done. I had my heart set on 315 75R 16's but first I needed more room in the front wheel wells and that's fine because I like a level truck. So I got a 2" daystar spacer worked great it's level. I found a good deal on the tires I wanted and picked them up. I kinda wanted to save a little cash so I had them mounted on the stock rims. looking good so far. Trucks level, the tires I wanted are on, and the kids can still climb in with out a ladder. I take it for a test ride get to the end of the drive way cut the wheels and hear this nasty sound the tires hit the control arms at max turning. "Bummer wasn't expecting that and didn't see it coming". The local off road shop says 1 1/4" spacer for $140 will do the trick but will put more stress on the front suspension parts. Any suggestions
