Was wondering what tires have been performing well as of late on our trucks. I run Cooper Discovers now and got about 50,000 miles from them. I was looking at the Bridgestone Revo, Toyo A/T, or staying with the Coopers. I'm sticking with 265/75/16E I do quite a bit of highway driving while empty but do live in New England with constant weather changes that can make driving interesting.

D. T. ,

I am have been running Pro Comp Xtreme AT's for the last 7,000 miles. I love them. They have an aggressive, yet relatively quiet, tread. I believe they are "E" rated (you may want to comfirm that). I ran Pro Comp AT's on my last Ram 1500. They were great tires. I would suggest you give Pro Comp tires a look.

I'm having great luck with the Michelin LTX M/S in 265/75R/16E. I run over the road transporting RVs so I'm loaded probably about 45% of the time and I currently have over 97k on them and will get more as they are still not dead!! I got about 60k out of a cheap set of Triangle brand A/Ts in 265/75R/16E running over the road before a belt broke in one. They still had some tread life left. I got 45k out of my BFG A/Ts in 33x12. 5x16. 5D running around town, short trips and some offroad before I went OTR. That's pretty much my tire experience so far.
