Tire pressure sensor

My truck has the tire pressure sensors in all 6 wheels. Does anyone know if the full size spare also has a sensor? I didn't see anything in the manual.

As far as I know the spare does not have a sensor.

So the next question Where is the best place to get one? I just got a matching rim for my spare and want to use it in the rotation.

At your dealer. They just installed a new one for me today. I had a slow leak at the valve stem on a rear wheel.

The valve stems are on national back order. They have a square shank and mine had been installed crooked at the factory.

To get a valve stem for my wheel, they had to order a new sensor which comes with a new valve stem.

The Service Advisor also said that the battery in the sensor lasts 6-8 years.
