How many miles can I expect to get out of the stock Michliens? They have about 30. 000 on them now. Air pressure is checked and maintained routinely and rotated every other oil change {6000 miles}. They look good to me. I am going to get them checked by a friend who owns a tire store and get his opinion also, just thought I'd ask here too. Thanks for any input.

I had 30K on my rears prior to putting on the spare and buying one of the same. The fronts still have half thier tread left. I did not rorate them at all. I will be replacing all four in about another 30K or so.

EDit: That should read "rotate. " (been watching too many Scooby Doo cartoons:D )

Mike:

Mine have 55k on them and still have plenty of life in them(15K+) except for me running them under inflated for quite awhile. The inside and outside edges show under inflation wear. Really irritates me that I let them go that long without checking them, my own fault. Going to have to replace them this spring.

335 miles was all I could stand on my LTX A/S equipped 2000 2500... ... The LTX M/S's on my 1998 2500 sucked so badly I vowed I'd never try any OE Michelins on another RAM pickup.....

I put 82000 on mine in 6 months then put them on my Dad's '94. He has put another 17000 on them. Their just about used-up.

86k and they looked like they might have gone another 10k, but I preferred the preventative replacement. rotated them once at 55k.
