What is going to be the intended use of the truck? Will it be only on road or off road as well? What type of snow will it encounter?
If you are just running on pavement, the Michelin LTX's seem to be really good tires. I have experience with them on other trucks(not dodges) and they are great pavement tires that last forever and get you good mileage.
If significant snow will be encountered, I would recommend something else. If you are willing to change tires and want a true snow tire, the Cooper Discoverer M/S is a really good tire. However, it wears fairly fast and wanders at high speed on the highway.
I run the BFG all terrain's because they are the best for my needs. They are good on the highway, good on the dirt, and reasonably good in the snow. Additionally, they are long lasting and don't have a lot of vibration like mud tires do.
There are a lot of good tires out there, but no tires is good at everything.
