2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission tire rotation ????????????

I have a 3500 2001. 5 and I put two new Michelins MS-LXT or what ever they are. They went on the front at 45,000 now at 52,000 I need to replace the four rears. I wanted to put two of the new ones on the front. Where should I put the other two new ones? Inside or outside? I guess outside? Thanks for your advice.

Way back in the day when I had a dually (Chevy 6. 5TD nontheless) the inside rear were the least worn everytime I swapped around the tires. So, that being said, I would put the 2 "old" ones on the inside rear, just as you thought.



I'm sure there's somebody here with more knowledge of this than me as I've been out of duallies since 1999.
