can i run 285/75/r16's in front of my 2wd 2500, safely without any rubbing? if yes, what would be the best tire to go with. also, i would like an aggresive tire tread for the rear, that wears well on the highway. any suggestions?

thanx

Can't help with the size question, but Cooper S/T and BFG Mud-Terrain tires both, wear well on the road. I have the Coopers on the Ram, and the BFG's on the Ford.

In that size no rubbing if you get the leveling kit you can run 35 12. 50 with out rubbing

bridgesone MT best mud pattern/traction best wear!

goodyear forget the model (mtr i think) but it comes on the rubicon also good but not as good as brigestone or bf on wear/traction
