Anyone ever notice that the tire ware on a D250 2X4 reg-cab is about 3/32 more on the right side that the left  I run 75lbs-front, 55lbs-rear on LT235/85/16 BFG's commercial all season tires. I hope you don't think it's a dumb question

I've noticed my right front wears a bit faster than the left, too. I always figured it was due to pushing the front end around U-turns a little too quick. :D

Crowned roads will cause more wear on the right tires due to having to hold the wheel a bit to keep it in a straight line.

That is a lot of rubber. You have an alignment problem. There was a time when I would not have said that emphaticly but I found an alignment shop operator that knows what to do with the Dodge front suspension. The whole thing is that these front suspensions are just slightly bigged up car suspensions. For a number of years and in fact from the factory, I had pulling and also abnormal tire wear. This guy had to tweak my trucks a couple of times to get the pulling gone and stop the wear but they now will drive on loooooong trips without wearing out my arms as well as give good tire life.
