Tire/Wheel size

I'll be ditching my stock wheels and tires and moving up to 18's. Has anyone put that size on their truck? If so, what is the offset and back spacing I need. I can't decide between the Foose spank 8's or the new Dick Cepek DC1's. What's the biggest tire I can stuff in there w/o clearance problems? I am going for the look of the truck in Edge juice ad. My truck's suspension is stock. If anyone has pictures, please post them. Thanks.

Stock backspacing is 6", a very odd backspacing and hard to find.

Luckily for you, you're going with 18" rims which gets you a little closer... 5" backspacing is the closest I've found in the 18" rim size so far. That means the wheel will just stick out another inch compared to stock depending on what width you get.



Tire size... people have stuffed 315/70/17's with minor rubbing if you're stock 4wd. Otherwise I'd say 305/70/17 or 33x12. 50's is the limit without getting any kind of rubbing.
