I am in need of some tire advise. I want to go bigger than the 285/75s that I'm running now. Running stock rims I am really going through 285s. I'm wondering what is the biggest tire that I can comfortably run on my stock height 95. I'm going to get 10 inch wide rims and am looking for a large tire that will be stable in towing and racing/cornering and have good tread wear life. Thanks

It all depends. I just purchased a set of Toyo M-55s on my stock alum. 8" rims. If I had to pic a tire/ wheel combo, for me it would be Toyo Open Country MTs in a 33" or 35" height on 18x9 wheels.

But I am thinking that because of backspace and rubbing issues.

Be sure to check with your tire shop first. I just tried to put 17x9's on my 98 and was told that the few that they have done have had serious problems with rub on the drivers side. most experienced shops have done this before and know pretty well what works on the Dodge and what doesn't. I was also told that the extra inces is all in the offset so if you don't like that "wide stance" to stay with an 8" rim.
