I don't know about you guys but I was tired of my door chime all the time so I went to cutting wires. That didn't work so then it hit me it is only when the key is in the ignition (duh) so I pulled the cover off of the steering column and there it was a little plug in next to the key switch. I unplugged it and no more chime.
