I remember when just a kid dad had a 70 Chevy K20 4x4 and it seemed to need new 7. 50 16's every fall for mud and then for snow plowing.
A little Amoco station in our home town in WY (now a Sinclair) had the metal ceiling tiles. Above the tire changer was a tile that had a round hole through it. Fortunately the tire tech had clamped on the air chuck and walked away. .
They bought a cage the next week, but left the tile as a reminder.
Of course everyone else mentioned everything he did wrong!
