I am due for new tires soon, (34K now. )
What kind of tires do you like?
What about 19 inch rims?
Michlen LTX or ?

I have a '99 2500 quad, long bed, 4x4, and pull a 6k 5er.

Thanx

Doc, the Michelin LTX came on mine, have 54,000 miles and they still look good, pull 31' 5th wheel. bg

White 99 3500, QC, 3:55, auto. most options except leather, Line-X bed liner, fiberglass running boards Rancho 9000s, bug shield and window vents, black vented 5th wheel tailgate, 110 gal. aux. fuel tank.

I like my Bridgestone AT 285's. 40,000 and still going strong. They fit through a car wash, and don't rub.

1999 2500 4x4, auto, 3. 54, HD241, Quad cab SLT, Blk Sport Pkg, 285 Bridgestone AT, Amsoil.

1978 Mooney 201 IFR

Doc, I opted for the Michelins when I ordered my truck.
They lasted me over 60K miles, and were still pretty good in the rain. I liked them so much I went for them again, but in a slightly larger size.
It was a real PITA getting them ,because they were on backorder for over 2 months. Sears made good for it. 4 tires, mounted, balanced tax, for just over $500. 00
I'm real dam happy. #ad

I'm in different boat. Have Michelin LTX Mud & Snow LT235/85R16 BSW. Ordered On-Off road at $195 extra for 3500 instead of All Season's. 13,500 miles and wearing good. Handling in snow is wierd. Break traction real easy and rear wants to come around. Did I get what I paid for? Looks like very mild tread pattern.

2001, 3500, Flame Red, Quad Cab, 4x4, all options (-leather), Access roll cover, Line-X spray in liner, brush guard, Uniden CB, RS scanner, Terry 24. 5 5th wheel, "RAMTUF" Plates

Doc, Not time to replace mine yet, but when I do I'll purchase the Michelins again. I like the ride, noise level, and feel I get from them. Just curious, at 34K and needing replacement, what brand do you have? Seems you should be getting more mileage than you received. Dave

Dang Michelins!!!

Shopping for new skins, but have 42k now and they won't wear out. I figure they're good for another 15k. #ad

Y2K Red Stealth Sport 2500 4X4 QC SLT+, 5-spd, 3. 54 anti-spin, 265-75-16 LTX’s (There ain’t no such thing as options, cause ya gotta have it all, including: DC’s dead cow/vinyl interior and don’t stop anti-lock brakes. ) Stock, but not for long. Oops, too late. What silencer ring? (More fun than my 98 SST)
