Need new tires for my 1999 R3500 4x4 dually. What are the largest tires I can fit without worrying about interference?

i just put a set of BFG 255-85-16 mud terrains on my 99! they have a slight rub but i ordered a set of 2 inch spacers for $215. you think your truck looks good now, slap on a set of 255's and let the stairing begin!... james

Ted Jennery said never run spacers on a dually

i did the research. if you get the correct spacers, there is no reason why you can't use them on a dually ... james

Ramhead, where did you get your spacers from? Only ones I have been able to find are from National Tire, which I understand is not recommended for towing or load carrying, which is what I use my truck for.
