Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Just to let you know, the best price I found for the Titan V Hitch is Wal Mart. The local RV dealer refused to order the hitch for my 2001 truck because the manufacturer, Reese, could not assure them it would fit my new truck. One of the members on this site straightend me out with confirmation that there was no frame change between 2000 and 2001 and he had installed the same hitch himself. I called Reese to ask if they would sell it to me and they said they could not. However, they mentioned Wall Mart as one of the establishments that could special order it for me. The hitch lists for 300 plus dollars and the fellow at the store finally charged me only $189 because he could not find the paper work. Out of guilt I called the manager the next day and he said to forget it as he was only going to charge me $199 anyway. It took me less than 1/2 hour to install it single-handedly by myself. The hitch has a 2 1/2" insert, is rated up to about 14,000 lbs. , and looks great on the truck.
