It stands to reason if you let's say average 13mpg = and 25% of your time you are in regen and getting 9mpg = If you eliminate the regen cycle totally you may get 20% better fuel economy.

If you get another 20% better mileage, you could pay off the investment in less than a year (assuming 30K miles per year), especially at todays prices.



Just laying out the clams for the tuner, etc is tough to swallow... .
