I just install #11 tst plate and slid it all the way forward when installing, the truck runs great but boost seems to be about 40psi is this going to hurt anything? The truck is a 98 manuel trans if you need to know. Thanks Jason

So if i slid the plate back a bit will the boost go down or is there a way to adjust the boost to lower it without affecting egts? The truck is almost stock accept for #11 plate,kn air filter, walker muffler with no cat,so is it the plate being all the way forward causing the higher boost. Thanks Jason

I would suggest you limit boost to about 34 lbs. anything higher creates unwanted heat and pushes the turbo to it's critical shaft rpm.

If you have a bleed orifice you can back out the allen screw to lower peak boost.

If not you should check to make sure the diaphram in the waste gate doesn't have a hole in it keeping it from opening.

Ted would know better than me, but I thought 36 was about as high as you want to go with an HX35 to keep it in its' efficiency map. I think 40 is a little too much.

What's a guy supposed to do with a 16cm no wastegate housing? Maybe I can lower my egt a smidge if I can bring the boost down somehow but I think I'm SOL with this housing. :(

I Know, I need some manifold leaks. Anyone have a leak they don't want?:D
