ok I got tired of driving by egt when the trailer is on so I took out the pw injectors and put in a set of stock rebuild ones that I had



man does the truck suck to drive know egt isnot a problem any more 20psi of boost and 750 egt max now was 30+ psi and 1300 egt



well I thank the pw's had the wrong shims on them. They had the realy thick ones on it so I am going to soak them over night becouse the tips are realy carband up and try them monday with the thin shims



any other suggestions truck has 92 eng turbo off a 94 with 12cm housing the pump was turned up when rebuild by 10% on the flow bench thanks George
 
You could run the Powerwagons with a 16cm housing and they won't get to hot towing, I think your 12 cm housing is too restrictive at higher RPMs.

I'm assuming you already have a freeflowing exhaust system, if not that would be the first place to start.

I am defantly puting the PW's back in hopfully the right shim will help alittle I should just get off my but and put the p-pump setup that have here on it well maybe some day if I ever get done with everything else
 
Timing

Where is your pump timing set?

Quick check:

What fits in the space between the AFC and cylinder head?

1) Your thumb

2) Your index finger

3) A #2 pencil



Advancing my pump timing was the best thing I did for EGT's.
