Will it help to have the factory part number on the injectors? For a $100 more, I am not sure if it is worth it. I figure if problems happen and they go to the trouble of checking the injectors I am busted either way. I would appreciate your opinions since I plan to order my DD2's in the next week or so.

Thanks,

Dean

P. S.

I have the gauges and boost module already.

No Stealth...

Spend the $100 on another toy. You won't believe how much more power you have with DD2s. I have had to drive my truck w/o my Edge Comp box on (clutch slippage) and I have plenty of power. You wiil enjoy :D . Sam

save your money

Talking with a diesel tech at one of the largest volume truck dealers here in texas. He told me that unless the injectors are sent out to be flow tested, there wouldn't be anyway that dealer is going to know (besides driving your truck) They are unable to look at the injector part number and know if it's the correct for that motor. DC's P/N is completely different from Bosch.

Appreciate it! That was kind of my thinking as well, but wanted to make sure before the point of no return. I will be placing my order very soon. :) :)

I would not spend the extra cake either. Oh wait, I didn't spend the extra money. Just get the regular DD2's.
