Today's Birthdays

I just check the "Todays Birthdays" while I was logged out and then again when I logged in and the list was entirely different. That sure seems strange, and why would a non member (logged out) even have access to the member birthday information?

Don't fill out the part that asks for "birthdate" and it won't be displayed.
